Towne Lake Hills East subdivision
is one of four beautifully landscaped subdivisions which make up the
communities at Towne Lake Hills. This real estate surrounding this
subdivision is lined with delightful views of mature trees which
border the golf course linking three of the four Towne Lake Hills
communities, East, West and North. The many amenities include access
to the members-only clubhouse, tennis store, 10 hard surface tennis
courts, 2 clay tennis courts; sand volleyball courts, park with
playground, and an exclusive 18-hole golf course with its own
restaurant between the front and back nine. Golfers enjoy the golf
path which safely transports them over Towne Lake Parkway from the
fairways of the East to those of the West and back again. The
carefully placed signage warns on-coming traffic inside the
subdivision of crossing golf carts. If you yield the right of way to
a golfer, you will receive a friendly wave.
The resort-like Towne Lake Hills
Golf Club presents a distinctive golfing challenge while tendering
idyllic rolling hills with wonderfully wooded views. This Arthur
Hills signature course, managed by the experienced, full service
management company, HMS, receives rave reviews from golfers of all
levels. Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens are skillfully
designed and always impeccably maintained.
Club members experience the
benefits of the facility: one of the area’s best restaurants; a top
instructor and instructional facility; and one of Atlanta’s best
golf courses, and an opportunity to gain reciprocal play privileges
at HMS facilities across the Southeast. HMS Passport privileges
currently extend to the following properties:
• BridgeMill Athletic Club, Atlanta, GA
• The Club at Canyon Ridge, Rising Fawn, GA (Lookout Mountain)
• Deercroft Golf Club, Pinehurst, NC
• Sienna Plantation Golf Club, Houston, TX
• Southbridge Golf Club, Savannah, GA
• Towne Lake Hills Golf Club, Atlanta, GA
• EAST Pines Golf Club, Atlanta, GA
Between hole number 9 (Towne Lake
Hills West) and hole number 18 (Towne Lake Hills East) is the
favorite stopping point, Towne Lake Hills own restaurant called
Featherstones Grille. Featherstones prides itself as offering some
of the best tasting food in Atlanta. Those not living inside the
Towne Lake Hills communities are welcome to try the fare at
Featherstones, proud recipient of a favorable review from AJC’s food
critic. If you ask local members, they especially recommend the
Sunday brunch menu.
Towne Lake Parkway is divided by a median of grass and two rows of
mature trees which canopy the roadway which joins all four
communities. Town Lake Hills East, West and North subdivisions have
two access points each from this parkway. Towne Lake Hills East and
West subdivisions are also divided by a row of hardwood trees making
a trip home seem rather pastoral
