About halfway into the boundaries of Towne Lake is The Arbors at Towne Lake subdivision tucked away at the intersection of the parkway and Arbor Hill Drive. There is no traffic light governing the entrance to this subdivision and it may pale in comparison to the grandiose Estates at Towne Lake across the way. But this is a nice subdivision, cozier than the resort-like Towne Lake hills, but just as pleasant! It is worth the while visiting these well-manicured homes situated in some beautiful real estate. You can enter from the parkway and egress on Rosecreek making access in or out of The Arbors at Towne Lake to or from the shopping center nearby very convenient.
